Dermal Fillers​

As we age, our skin loses volume. This loss of volume, combined with the effects of gravity, can result in wrinkles, fine lines, saggy skin and hollow areas of the face. Dermal fillers can reduce these signs of aging by adding hyaluronic acid (Revanesse) under the skin to "fill" the areas that have lost volume. Fillers can also be used to enhance facial features, such as lips and cheeks, by improving their volume, shape and size.

How does the treatment work?
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring substance found in the skin, connective tissues, and eyes, and it plays a crucial role in maintaining the hydration, lubrication, and elasticity of the skin. As a dermal filler, it has gel-like consistency that integrates smoothly and seamlessly with the surrounding tissues to create natural-looking augmentation.​ Hyaluronic acid is a biodegradable materials, so it is gradually broken down by enzymes and eventually removed from the body.

How many treatments will I need?
Most patients experience visible results immediately after the procedure, however, it can take a few days for any swelling or bruising to subside, allowing the final results to become apparent.

Neuromodulators
​
"Dynamic" wrinkles like frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet are caused by the repeated muscle contractions that occur when we make facial expressions. Neuromodulators can reduce these signs of aging by preventing the muscles in the face from contracting. Dysport is one of the most effective injectable neuromodulators for preventing and reducing dynamic wrinkles without changing the natural appearance or movements of the rest of the face.

How does the treatment work?

When they are injected into the muscles of face, neuromodulators work by temporarily blocking the release of neurotransmitters responsible for muscle contraction. Once the muscles are relaxed, wrinkles caused by repeated contractions become smoother.

How many treatments will I need?
Patients will experience noticeable improvements within a few days after just one treatment. The effects of Dysport usually last for about 3 to 5 months, so most patients will initially need 3 to 4 treatments per year. With regular treatment, most patients find they need a reduced number of maintenance sessions to 2 to 3 every year.

Lipolysis (Fat Dissolving)

Lipolysis injections, also known as lipolytic injections, break down fat cells in small, stubborn areas, such as the lower abdomen, inner thighs, upper arms, back rolls, "muffin tops" or "love handles." This treatment can also be used on the face, often to reduce the appearance of "double chin."

How does the treatment work?
Lipolysis injections contain a combination of active ingredients, including a range of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, that disrupt the structure of fat cells (adipocytes) and support the natural process of fat breakdown and metabolism. The damaged fat cells are then taken up by the lymphatic system and removed from the body.

How many treatments will I need?
Unlike other injections, like neuromodulators, the results of lipolysis injections are not immediate because the body needs time to destroy the fat cells and eliminate them from the body. On average, results can be seen after eight weeks. The number of sessions required to get effective results depends on a number of factors, such as the area of the body being treated and the amount of fat present there. but our specialists will determine the appropriate number. ​
